Most clients walk in through a website or through branded email. Whichever you pick, the rest stays available at the same prices.
Before we build anything, we ask one question: what is this website supposed to do? Share information, collect donations, sign up volunteers, book appointments, or bring in leads. The answer shapes the pages, the buttons, and the tools behind it.
One page with a nav bar that links to each section, a built-in contact form, your text and photos, links to your social media, and a legal page with terms and a privacy policy.
3 to 5 pages, contact form, booking, basic search setup, and a legal page with terms and a privacy policy.
5 to 10 pages, contact form, booking, basic search setup, and a legal page with terms and a privacy policy.
About the legal page. Every site collects something, even if it is only a contact form. A terms page and a privacy policy tell visitors what happens to their information, and most payment, donation, and ad platforms expect to see them. We include a standard version with every package. It is general information, not legal advice, so have your attorney review it before you rely on it.
Note on platforms. If your donations, forms, or email lists already live in a system you pay for, we can build there so you are not juggling two tools.
Most people who visit your site are not ready to call yet. Without a way to capture them, they leave and you never know they came.
Monthly costs for the tool are yours, and we quote them before any work starts.
A tool that can hold a list and send email. A CRM such as Go High Level or HubSpot, an email tool such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Brevo, or Kit, a content system with a forms and email plugin, a donation or membership platform that sends email, or a forms tool paired with an automation service. If you have none of these, we will pick one with you and set it up.
A donor or client reads your email address before they read your message. An address at your own domain says you have been around and plan to stay.
Email at your domain, forwarded to the inbox you already use, set up so you can send from your domain inside Gmail. The lowest-cost way to look established.
Real mailboxes for your team, everyone moved off personal accounts with their old mail intact, shared calendars, and a clear record of who has access to what.
The phone companies are retiring copper lines. AT&T alone plans to be done with most of its copper network by 2029, and the FCC cut the required warning from 180 days to 90 days. Organizations that wait for the notice usually pay more and get less time to plan.
Desk phones quoted separately if you want them.
Phone service runs on a Google or Microsoft account. If you are on email forwarding today, we move you first.
At $40 a line, 20 staff costs $800 a month before you buy a single device. Callers also lose your main number, your menu, and any way to reach whoever is available.
A Phone Line Check. We list every line you pay for, including fax machines, alarm panels, and elevator phones, and hand you a written plan. Keep the plan either way.
This is what keeps your site and email from sliding back to where they were before we started.
Updates after launch run $95 per hour with a one-hour minimum, scheduled as availability allows. Most clients find the plan costs less than two hours of work a month.
The plan runs month to month. Give us 30 days' written notice and it ends. No minimum term, no cancellation fee.
Terms. Half up front, half at launch. Two revision rounds per site. The 10-day clock starts when your content arrives. You own your domain, hosting, and phone number accounts. The monthly plan cancels with 30 days' notice. Add one more service within 90 days of your build and it keeps that day's price.
Someone has to register the domain, set up hosting, and pay for the email licenses. We handle all of it if you want, and the accounts go in your name with your email on the record. You are billed for what it costs, with no markup on domains or hosting.
A domain costs about $15 to $25 a year. Hosting for a small site runs about $10 to $25 a month. We quote your exact numbers before any work starts.
On the monthly plan, we handle them. Without the plan, we send a reminder 30 days before each renewal date.
Every account moves to you on request, at no charge and without waiting. Nothing here is built to hold you.
That works too. We will walk you through it on a call and take it from there.
We have no downtown office, no sales staff, and no account manager sitting between you and the person building your site. We also reuse what works, so a church site never gets rebuilt from nothing.
The work itself gets the same care an IT director gives a system that has to stay up. Our overhead is what sets the price.
We are not your help desk. We do not fix jammed printers, rebuild servers, or drive out at 11 p.m. because a laptop will not start. If that is what you need, tell us and we will point you toward someone who does it well. What we do is build and manage the things your organization runs on in public: your website, your email, and your phones.
If all you want is the cheapest possible site and nothing after that, there are good shops in town for that. We build for organizations that want someone to still be there next year.
Twenty minutes on the phone gets you a fixed price and a start date. We do not charge for the conversation and we will not push you into anything.
