Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time cloud services (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) manager?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level cloud manager now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your manager when you have work available for them.

Okay, I'm interested. What are the requirements?

You need to have an active Microsoft 356 or Google Workspace tenant that is properly set up with your domain(s)/URL(s) using the proper DNS/MX figures. If not, we can definitely assist; however, we may charge an initial setup fee after observing that the account (or tenant) is not correctly set up and configured.

We will also require access to the admin portal of the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant and the domain registrar portal if applicable. You need to provide us with this information during onboarding.

Remember, when choosing one of our support plans, be sure that the number of users in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant properly aligns with your chosen plan. If the number of users does not align correctly, we will notify you during onboarding to get you moved to the proper plan.

I want my team members all to have email addresses @mydomain.com. What should I do?

What if I don't have Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace yet?

I have already purchased a domain name and/or Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses. Now, what should I do?

What happens after I sign up?

Once subscribed and onboarded as a new customer, we will log into your tenant and ensure your account is configured for security, check usage analytics, and make any other requests you submit. We will send reports containing app usage analytics, productivity score, and account health status on an ongoing monthly basis.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?

Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will my requests get completed?

On average, most requests are completed within a few hours. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Who are the cloud service managers?

You might be surprised to hear this, but Teksavvy is actually an agency of one (at the moment). This means you'll work directly with the founder of Teksavvy. Rest assured, the founder himself has over 15 years of experience in the industry and has managed several cloud accounts for businesses of all sizes. However, partner cloud service managers will assist with more complex requests such as migrations or third-party cloud-based email security gateways.

How do I submit requests?

What if I only have a single request?

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
